We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard. Payment is required before the order is processed. You can also make the payments via KOKO with 4 installments using your Visa, Mastercards. We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) based on your preference. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are dependent on your location and the shipping method chosen. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or any other third parties.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
